What is your returns policy?

At Moralee Wines, all orders are carefully packed and checked before dispatch.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on wine once an order has been shipped, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.


What if I need to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: claire@moralee.farm.

We will do our best to help, but if your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel or amend it.


What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at: claire@moralee.farm

Please include your name, order number, details of the issue and photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging where possible.

Where goods are confirmed to be damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or credit, depending on the circumstances and stock availability.


When can I expect my order?

We send our wines by Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. We aim to post orders within 24 hours of receiving them, although we are unable to dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays.

Most orders should arrive within 3 working days of being placed. If your wine has not arrived within 4 working days, please email claire@moralee.farm and we will look into it for you.
