Our 2020 vintage Cuvée is a traditional mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes. This small batch Cuvée is dry and elegant with subtle notes of brioche, honey and a zing of citrus.
Our sparkling wines are crafted using the traditional method and aged extensively on lees to build depth and complexity. The 2020 vintage wines were made in collaboration with Dermot Sugrue prior to the launch of Sugrue South Downs and were aged for three years on lees followed by two years on cork.
The result is a style of English sparkling wine defined by precision, fine mousse and layered complexity, combining citrus freshness with notes of brioche, orchard fruit and subtle minerality.
