This wine is dry and elegant with bright notes of strawberries and cherries with a wonderful long finish. This special vintage recently took home Silver at the WineGB Awards.
Our sparkling wines are crafted using the traditional method and aged extensively on lees to build depth and complexity. The 2020 vintage wines were made in collaboration with Dermot Sugrue prior to the launch of Sugrue South Downs and were aged for three years on lees followed by two years on cork.
