A late frost and long hot summer produced small quantities of luscious, sweet and perfectly ripe fruit. This wine is dry and elegant with bright notes of strawberries and cherries with a wonderful long finish.
Our sparkling wines are crafted using the traditional method and aged three years on lees followed by two years on cork to build depth and complexity. The 2020 vintage wines were made in collaboration with Dermot Sugrue.
